Membership fees for 2026 are:

Full adult membership including England Athletics registration (benefits of registration) – £68

​These are the same rates as in 2025 apart from England Athletics (EA) affiliated members. EA has increased the individual affiliation fee by three pounds and we are passing on this increase.
EA affiliation is required for entry to the Essex Cross Country League, Southern Athletics League, Eastern Masters Track and Field League and county, area and national championships. It also gives access to various discounts and benefits including £2 discount on many commercial races.

Membership provides access to our training sessions, free entry to club, league and team championship competitions, a friendly and supportive environment and advice and encouragement from our coaching team and fellow members.

All members are expected to abide by the relevant UK Athletics codes of conduct. You can download the Loughton AC Club Rules and other policies, including our safeguarding policy, here.

lf you joined at the full rate after 1 October 2025 you do not need to renew your club membership until 1 January 2027. However EA affiliated members will need to pay £23 to maintain their affiliation in April 2026. This is because the EA affiliation year runs from April-March each year. Please ask if you have any questions.
