Our clubhouse is next to the all weather surface and tennis courts at Roding Valley Recreation Ground in Loughton (Roding Valley Recreation Ground, Roding Road, Loughton IG10 3BS). The nearest access is at the bottom of Southview Road.

We encourage members to run or cycle to the clubhouse and are within easy walking or jogging distance of Loughton Underground Station.
Free parking is available at the Roding Valley Recreation Ground Car Park at the junction of Avondale Drive and Roding Road. Please note the car park closing time especially in Winter. Limited street parking is available in Roding Road, Highwood Lane and Alderton Hall Lane. Please park considerately.
Our 400m grass track is 200 metres from our clubhouse on the field by the river. With the clubhouse behind you walk past the tennis courts and access the track field through the gap in the hedge.
