Club Winter League
The Club Winter League is a league for both Men and Women based on finishing
positions in the following races:
All Chingford League Races
All Essex League Races
All Club Championships
The County Championships
The South Of England Cross-Country Championships
The North of the Thames Championships
The Ware Cup
The Physical Shield
The first Loughton runner in each race is awarded 20 points, the second 19
points and so on down to 20th place and beyond who are all awarded 1 point.
A small prize will be awarded to the Women's and Men's winners at
the discretion of the organiser.
